A street sweeper has different requirements than, for example, an industrial sweeper or a sweeper for agriculture. A road sweeper should be explicitly designed for road work as well as keeping the roads clean. For example, it is important that the machine has a stable and robust body, as it is exposed to extreme stress in road construction. In addition, it is useful if the sweeper has a collecting container that can be lifted if necessary. This allows the operator to freely decide whether to collect the dirt in a container or sweep it sideways if a container is not needed. This saves the operator valuable working time, as the collecting container does not have to be emptied, as is usual with dirt-collecting sweepers. That means that once the road work is finished, you can start cleaning immediately and, thanks to type 2007, you will be finished quickly.

The road sweeper in detail

Type 2007 is a combination sweeper, which means it combines the features of our dirt-collecting sweepers as well as our free-sweeping sweeper. This makes it ideal for road works and keeping the traffic network clean. This is because the special feature of the machine is the lift-up dirt container. The operator has the choice of collecting the dirt in the collection hopper or sweeping it sideways by lifting the container. To improve sweeping without the dirt bin, the machine can be swiveled three times to the side. However, those who wish to sweep with the bin in place, can simply empty the contents hydraulically at the push of a button. As standard, type 2007 is equipped with 2.0 m working width and heavy-duty wheels, which makes the machine very robust. With the hydraulic quick release, you can connect the machine directly to your carrier vehicle and start sweeping immediately.

For which carrier vehicles, the road sweeper is suitable

Due to its stable construction, the road sweeper is particularly suitable for construction site vehicles such as wheel loaders and skid steer loaders. In addition, type 2007 can also be attached to the forklift, telescopic loader, unimog truck or tractor. In its basic configuration, the sweeper has a fork mount that is compatible with the forks (135×65 cm) of most forklift types, as well as a pallet fork on the wheel loader. Other attachments, such as a larger mount for large forklifts or a quick-release plate for wheel loaders, can be custom-made.
